Has experience in SaaS ventures since 2010, engaging in sales, business development, corporate planning, IPO preparation, and overseas expansion. From 2018, led open innovation and corporate acceleration initiatives, overseeing the launch of a venture studio business connecting large corporations with entrepreneurial talent. In 2021, co-founded the Japan Startup Studio Association, contributing to ecosystem development as a board and audit member. At Delight Ventures, leads co-founding support, investment, and business growth for startups from the pre-foundation to seed stages, and was appointed Partner in November 2025.
