Tomoko Namba is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Delight Ventures and the Founder of DeNA. She served as DeNA's CEO from its founding in 1999 until June 2011 and returned to the role in June 2026. Prior to founding DeNA, she was a partner at McKinsey & Company. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1990.
