Syuhei Kobayashi joined Dwango in 2012, where he worked on web front-end development in the engineering organization. He then worked at DeNA and an AI development startup before joining Delight Ventures in 2022. He is in charge of the design, development, and UI/UX design of new services. He proposes and improves functions from both technical and design aspects with the aim to develop products that users can understand intuitively and operate comfortably.
