Masato joined DeNA in 2009, where he worked across advertising sales strategy, marketing, analytics, corporate planning and strategy, and new business development, including overseas expansion, voice applications, media services, autonomous driving, and EV-related businesses. He joined Delight Ventures in October 2021. Alongside his investment activities, he supports portfolio companies in their global expansion and builds relationships with entrepreneurs and investors in the Bay Area and other international markets. He also leads DelightX, a program designed to help Japan-born founders validate their businesses and raise capital in the Bay Area.
