Naoya Shibahara graduated from University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences in 2017, and joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he experienced wide range of projects including new business strategy, GTM execution, and system implementation. He later joined Accenture-Strategy in 2020 and was mainly engaged in business-strategy, due diligence of deep-tech startups, business evaluation from sustainability perspective (TCFD/TNFD) and sourcing of ESG startups. In 2023, he joined Delight Ventures and is involved in sourcing and due diligence of sustainability and deep-tech startups.
